While our experience in litigation is extensive and aggressive as necessary, peaceful resolutions are encouraged through mediation whenever possible.
We are also a full service estate planning firm. Estate planning packages include the drafting of living trusts, pour over wills, living wills, powers of attorney, and the transfer of real and personal properties into the trust.

Office hours are from 8:30a.m. to 5:00p.m., Monday through Friday. Appointments must be made in advance. Ms. Horn provides a free first half hour consultation. We have visitor parking available underground on First Avenue or street parking.
